Definitions

  • Average Hourly Rate - Applied to an individual operator or room, determined by number of pledges/entries achieved divided by hours calling.
  • Benchmark - Target set at a certain level, generally the ‘benchmark’ is the minimum or maximum level of achievement.
  • Call Flow - The stages of a call through our Synthesys Predictive Dialler followed by our Agents, includes customer data capture fields, payment fields and scripting.
  • Calls in Attention - Calls which have been tried a specified number of times and no connection has been made.
  • Campaign - Used to define a piece of work agreed for a client.

 

How We Charge

Our pricing will always be competitive and fair, and is tailored to your needs based on:

  • Data Available
  • Size of Campaign
  • Product and Service Requirements.

In addition we have a range of easy pricing models which are based on “pay as you go” and even income sharing - so you have very little risk:

  • Per calling hour
  • Per Acquisition
  • Per Contact
  • Scaled Percentage of Revenue
  • Deferred income spread based on subscription programmes
